Aaaahhhh. . . . .

My type of day

Relaxed

Lazy

Do nothing

At least that  is the way I have been feeling this week. I don't know if it is because I was so busy last week and got worn out, or what? Spring fever? Cabin fever? All I know is that I don't feel like doing anything that takes energy. Not sick either except for feeling tired. . . . blah. . . . blech.

I do have low thyroid and take meds for that, so when I feel this way I often wonder if the generic Synthroid is not giving me a consistent dose every day. Or it could be that I am not eating the right food (which I am not), or drinking enough water (am not), or a whole lot of other things. All I know is that I am tired, the brain is tired, and I don't feel like talking or doing the things that I should. Therefore I have been a bit quiet here and in my groups lately. But I will be back! Just give me a little time to regroup. See you later!

  1. I so understand where you are coming from. Perhaps Spring will bring both of us a new outlook and lots of energy.

  2. HI!!! I am terrible at drinking the water we are suppose to drink... but I had a massage awhile back and they gave this big class of ice water with oranges sliced up in it!!! WOW!!! It was really good. So now I make a big glass every morning and just keep adding ice and water as I need to. My glass has a snap on lid so it goes everywhere with me. And I save the orange peels in a baggie. When I gather enough I put them on the stove with a little bit a cinnamon and vanilla. It smells so good!!!

Take it easy and take care!!!! My friend Patty cannot take the generic synthroid. It does nothing for her thyroid. So ask the Dr for a blood test asap!!

  4. Is that your cat on your sofa? Because I used to have that exact same furniture! lol...It was the first new set of furniture I ever picked out myself. I kept that sofa and loveseat for years upon years. Funny enough when John and I met he had the same shade blue in a recliner, so we had a complete living room set with his tables and lamps.

    1. Yes, this is my Felix. That couch seems to be very popular since someone else said they had one too. I don't remember who that was right now. Mine is a hide-a-bed. I can't remember what year we bought it, maybe 1993 or somewhere close to that. Even though it is very outdated now, I still love that fabric. It has worn very well, though it needs a good shampoo right now.
